Nikka joined Thayer Partners in 2026 as a Strategic Growth & Client Service Associate, where she supports both the team and clients through administrative coordination, operational support, and relationship management.

Before joining Thayer, Nikka built her career across high-end retail management and clinical staffing, bringing over a decade of experience centered on client relationships, organization, and team support. Having attended Ball State University, she brings a well-rounded, people-first approach and strong attention to detail, creating seamless and positive experiences for those she works with.

Based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Nikka lives with her husband, Austin. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and prioritizing meaningful connections with the people in her life. She looks forward to growing within the financial services industry and serving as a trusted resource for both her team and clients.
