Deborah Deckman
Wealth Manager
With nearly 20 years of experience in retirement planning and investments, I am passionate about empowering clients to achieve financial success while living their best, most fulfilled lives. Coaching and leadership are central to my work — whether guiding individuals toward financial clarity or mentoring advisors to build more streamlined and thriving practices.
While I work with a diverse range of clients, a significant focus of my practice is supporting women in transition — whether navigating divorce, career changes, retirement, or other major life events. I am deeply committed to helping women gain the financial confidence and tools they need to create new beginnings with strength and security. At the same time, I welcome the opportunity to work with anyone seeking personalized guidance through life’s financial transitions.
Earlier in my career, I founded a consulting firm dedicated to helping financial advisors optimize operations and maximize growth. I hold a Series 65 securities registration and earned my degree in Financial Economics from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, graduating at just 20 years old. I also proudly serve as a board member of the Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance, North Florida chapter.
Outside of my professional work, I’m passionate about health, fitness, and leadership — and love coaching and inspiring others in all aspects of life. I live in Southeast Georgia with my husband and our three wonderful children.
My mission is simple: to coach, inspire, and support others — especially those experiencing life transitions — in building the life they envision, financially, personally, and professionally.
